Management Strategy/Vision Development

In our 21st Century Global environment it is critical for a company have common and shared management strategies.

We often these strategies are not clear, not shared and not agreed on throughout the management team.

We also fine that even if there is a clear strategy a common vision does not exist. We find that plans and goals at all levels do not roll up and contribute to the strategy that was set by the leadership group.

Marino Associates utilizes the skills of senior consultants who have held senior level roles in business and who have worked with senior management teams in establishing Strategy and Vision.

Our approach is to meet and interview the Senior Management Team and then meet with Key contributors in the organization to see if there is alignment. If alignment does not exist we hold a series of meetings to brainstorm and develop the linkage required to meet the strategy.

These sessions are often off-site, this is to insure that we have a complete emersion into the task at hand and we can be away from the day-to-day efforts to manage the business.

During these meetings we will not only address Strategy and Vision, we will also tie this to Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats that the organization faces. (SWOT)

We will also develop solutions and a path forward to bring plans together and to get the entire team on the same page.

Companies find that this approach allows the executive team the time to sit back and do some dreaming, this type of time is difficult to get when you are in the trenches each day.

There is bonding and team building that also goes on in these session and what we find is that the team will come to the realization that they are all faced with the same strategic and tactical issues, they are all trying to manage and solve the day-to-day problems, while still managing their respective organizations.

The results of these meetings is Strategic Plan Alignment, and linkage between all lower level plans.

This results in the team working together for improved operational excellence.
